Once you have reached your desired weight, you will be able to control your eating habits and be able to keep that weight off. The four-phase strategy is induction, ongoing weight loss, pre-maintenance and lifetime maintenance .

The Dr. Atkins diet also has four nutritional principals to help people reach their health standards. They are weight loss, weight maintenance, good health and disease prevention. If you stick to these four principals, you will be able to look and feel your best .

I think that the best part of the Atkins diet has to be the advice and the inspiration that they give you. They do this by giving you different tips every day of how you can feel better about yourself and ways to help you maintain a certain weight. Another way they inspire you is by posting other people's personal stories about how they lost weight using this dieting program. I think that by reading other people's personal stories, it really inspires you to do something about the way you feel about yourself .

I think that this is a great diet program due to the fact that you are able to do things at your own pace and you can gradually lose the weight. The only thing about this diet that I question is "does it really work?"

There are so many other dieting programs out there that I wouldn't be assured that this one over the rest will give me the results that I want.

The Hollywood Diet is very unhealthy because of the amount of weight that you are losing in a short period of time. With the Hollywood diet, you lose 10 pounds in a period of two days. It is very unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time because your body isn't adapted to that

The reason I think that this one is most efficient is because you are able to gradually lose the weight you want and it is a healthy program. The Dr. Atkins diet tells you to eat less fat, but to eat more carbohydrates. I think that is a well -organized way of losing weight.
